Chromosomal Aberration
Chromosomal Aberration generally describes chromosome abnormalities. In vitro Mammalian Chromosome Aberration Test (OECD 473) is performed to investigate the clastogenic effect on chromosomes following the application of extract prepared from medical devices in mammalian cells (CHO-cell). Statistical differences are investigated compared to positive and negative controls.
