Ecotoxicology
As SİA Analysis Laboratories, we provide services in a wide range of products in the fields of toxicology and ecotoxicology within the scope of approved GLP (agricultural drugs, human drugs, industrial chemicals, paints, steel and aluminum industry, environmental waste, medical waste, etc.). We strengthen our position in the sector by providing reliable data at international standards to our customers and business partners.
Our ecotoxicology tests analyze the acute and chronic effects on living organisms in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in accordance with environmental safety criteria.
In aquatic toxicity tests, fish (Danio laughed), algae (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata) and water flea (Daphnia magna) species, and in terrestrial tests, earthworms (eisenia foetida), honey bee (Apis mellifera) and quail (Colinus virginianus) are used to observe short- and long-term effects. These studies provide strategic data that contribute to reducing environmental impacts and preserving biodiversity.
As SİA Analysis Laboratories, we aim to ensure environmental safety in line with our mission to protect the environment and human health with ecotoxicology tests that we carry out in accordance with GLP standards. In line with the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement to combat climate change, we believe that our ecotoxicology tests play an important role in understanding the effects of climate change on ecosystems.
Our data, which meets the requirements of REACH in the European Union, EPA and OECD standards in the USA, is accepted in the global market and contributes to sustainable agriculture and scientific cooperation opportunities. In this direction, we support our customers to remain strong in international competition.
