Ecotoxicology
As SIA Analysis Laboratories, we offer a wide range of services in toxicology and ecotoxicology within the scope of approved GLPs (agricultural chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals, paints, steel and aluminum industry, environmental waste, medical waste, etc.). We strengthen our position in the sector by providing our customers and business partners with reliable data in accordance with international standards.
Our ecotoxicology tests analyze the acute and chronic effects on living organisms in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in accordance with environmental safety criteria.
Aquatic toxicity tests use species such as fish ( Danio rerio ), algae ( Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata ), and water fleas ( Daphnia magna ), while terrestrial tests use species such as earthworms ( Eisenia foetida ), honey bees (Apis mellifera), and quail ( Colinus virginianus ) to observe short- and long-term effects. These studies provide strategic data that contribute to mitigating environmental impacts and conserving biodiversity.
As SİA Analysis Laboratories, we aim to ensure environmental safety in line with our mission to protect the environment and human health with ecotoxicology tests that we carry out in accordance with GLP standards. In line with the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement to combat climate change, we believe that our ecotoxicology tests play an important role in understanding the effects of climate change on ecosystems.
Our data, which meets the requirements of REACH in the European Union, EPA and OECD standards in the USA, is accepted in the global market and contributes to sustainable agriculture and scientific cooperation opportunities. In this direction, we support our customers to remain strong in international competition.
