Stability Tests
The main purpose of stability tests is to determine or verify the shelf life of the product. Stability tests are an important test procedure where companies can learn about their products and consumers pay attention to them when purchasing the product. Stability tests refer to stability studies that determine the effects of environmental conditions on product quality, product storage requirements, expiration date, show the shelf life requested for the product (accelerated, long-term) and provide supporting data for products that have been opened.
Physical-Chemical Analysis is carried out in our laboratory within the scope of OECD GLP (GLP) in our laboratory, which has internationally accepted standards that show that the plant protection product is in compliance with its main specification in accordance with national and international licenses or requirements.
The stability of the products can be determined by 3 different test methods: short-term stability, long-term stability, and open package stability tests.
Stability methods observe the changes in parameters such as color, odor, appearance, pH value, viscosity, Accelerated Stability, Cold Stability Test, Emulsification Emulsion ability and stability, Particle Size Wet Sieve. Criteria such as general temperature and time are determined for each product and the changes during the process are observed. As a result of stability tests, information can be obtained about storage conditions and packaging choices for products.
